At about lunch time today I will be restarting the webserver after performing some upgrades.

If you notice any funnies it is most probably that.

A bit of downtime

Our server hosting provider migrated out server last night due to maintenance. While this should have been a simple move our web server requires a password for some SSL certs on it to be manually entered on startup.

I was sleeping as most sane people this side of the world do and came in to find the site down. Logged in typed in the long password and website is back up sorry for the down time.

Just cleaning up around here you may notice a few layout changes over the next few days just let me know if they are good or bad.

Also the FAQ module is playing up so I am going to backup its data remove it and reinstall hopefully not losing any FAQ. Don't feel like having to retype them again.

Welcome to 2010, may the madness end. Well some of us have been on holiday others have been flying and if you are like me well congrats on surviving. Doing renovations to a house is not a task to be taken lightly while living in it or as the case may be tonight in a tent on the front lawn like last night and tonight it seems.

But I digress. You may have notice the new polls that are currently running feel free to have a read on the following thread and then cast your vote.

Last year was great we were born now lets make this year great and dominate the air.

Planning some downtime

A newer version of the portal software that hosts Parkflyers has been released. I will be playing with it a bit and then upgrading the site. When this happens there will be a short outage while I backup and do the upgrade. I will announce rough times in the next week or so.

Any questions just shout.
