RC Simulator.

In my opinion its the best, unlike the others it isnt stupidly expensive (about $60NZ i think i paid), you get free updates to the latest version for life, there are bucket loads of free planes. Not as pretty as some of the massive $$ sims, but it sure aint ugly either. It is also just as realistic as the high $ stuff, maybe even more.

You dont need an expensive PC to run it. I get minimum 180 FPS on my P4 with full bling graphics turned up, and winamp playing.
