RCMR : The DLE20 weighs about the same as a Saito 125 -- so its nice and light -- not like those HK 26cc engines
RCMR : Its also got a rear reed-valve induction so its got good power. Those side-port gasers are crap
RCMR : Well Im off to hit the hay. Nite nite!

For those of you considering the move to 2.4Ghz and running a Hitec or Futaba module based transmitter I have kits to convert these transmitters over for $95 including overnight courier anywhere in NZ. The conversion kit consists of a module, aerial and an 8 channel receiver. Range on the ground is spec'd at up to 1.6km
I use the system myself and it works brilliantly. As of today I have 3 conversion kits in stock plus spare (5x) 8 channel and (1x) only 4 channel receiver left.

For my contact details see RCClassifieds.co.nz

Looks really interesting. Is that V1 or V2? Are you reseller or importer? Who would be the point of contact in the case of any issues with this? How much would an additional receiver 4ch + 8ch be? Cheers Cai

Hi Cai, I'm actually importing them myself and I'm also backing them up in case of issues too. Though from all that I have heard and read so far, they either have issues straight out of the box, or they work fine... In the case of issues straight out of the box they are covered by Corona's six month factory warrantee (through me) and I will replace any faulty items etc.
8 Channel receivers are $40 ea, 4 channels are $35 each - Courier $5 overnight to all main centres in NZ.

The System is the DSSS (V2), the earlier FHSS (V1) was to jittery, this later one is not the case at all! I was flying with it all weekend with all my models at the slopefest...

I know it is you only wasn't sure how warranty would be handled in the case of. Currently looking into the option to go module based and compare. And V2 is alright as you say.
Thanks and no offence sorry
Cai
