Just sorting thru the finer details as we speak. , a perfect beginner plane, disasembles, and is held togetehr by interlocking parts and magnets

Review by ATTF here

Is there any interest from you guys for these, perfect RET trainer or FPV/AP platform, flys slower than a slostick

MMmmm, that looks like tempting fun!

matwelli Posted on: 2010/5/28 21:58
Sure does, I reckon it would be good to set up as a trainer on a buddy box, or covered in LED strips as a nite flyer.

I am looking to get 5 in initially, and the guys on my mailing list will get a good deal

Cool plane mat,Not really my cup of tea,I have enought slow flyers.
It would be a great plane to learn to fly with,my tigermoth was good for that, good old biplanes.
What are they worth?

List price on the US website is $65 USD + $13 Shipping
Works out to $114 NZD ( at 68 cents in the dollar) my be able to re-sell em a bit cheaper with combined shipping

I reckon bright yellow would be the go !

Needs a pulsejet to enjoy its maximum potential

matwelli Posted on: 2010/5/30 19:37
oh yea, now your talking.

Need to get a pulse jet from you, show up the turbine guys at the club

Hmm,Price for Bare Kit (no electrics) is going to work out to $127 each (shipping on 5 kits will be $70 USD)

How much interest is there at this price ? The kit looks well made, and well thought out, with magnets holding the wings in place, and the tail sections "clicking" together

Mat, what sort of power system would it need?
