I am seriously going to investigate the paralleling of the batteries. I just wanna get as much flight time as possible. Sure if it craps out, it craps out. My aim is for it to hold till my birthday then I can get me a nicer one

Yip that should be doable. You might find a ready made JST connector, otherwise it's a fairly easy soldering job. You will need to get some JSTs from your LHS and solder them up like this.

Hi, I can not directly give you the answers before knowing the following informations:
1. would you tell me what's the size of your quadcopter?
2. what's kv of your motors? or do you know the Average Amp Draw of your quadcopter?
In my experiences, best quadcopter battery their c-racing is greater than target c-rating, how to calculate? Discharge Rating =Ah*C-rating. So you should know your quadcopter esc AMP.

Second choose the longest flight time battery for quadcopter, this is your target. After you know the Average Amp Draw of quadcopter, you can use calculator formula flight times =(Battery Capacity * Battery Discharge /Average Amp Draw)*60. Hope these informaion can help you. Please let us know if you have any questions!
