I was walking through Park Island Cemetery in Napier, and saw this hanging from a tree! Pretty faded, so may have been there a while.

Definitely some creative people.
Would be interesting to know there is a back story as to why it is there. It is not close to any particular grave, and the nearest graves are decades old.
